Raaaaainbows.

You never thought you'd see the day, eh? Pixie does a seasonal template. But look at the little deers outside the Chinese restaurant! (Yes, I know the plural is "deer." Deers just sounds cuter.) My archives are all tidy, too. Yay.

Samantha Dearest gave me the coolest present. Rainbow socks. Rainbow ring. Brownie. Bracelets. Really, what more could a girl ask for? I was saying earlier that once you have rainbow heart socks, all other socks seem to pale in comparison. I love Sammie. And Indy? She gave me a cow. I love my cow. I need to name him. I already used the name Petey on Amanda's mouse, though. Hmm. Think think think.

Before I forget, I have fallen in love with a few songs in the past week or so and need to list them so I remember to find them. Also, I want to use this fun list feature.

"Elevator Love Letter," Stars

"The Stars, The Moon, The Sun, The Clouds," The French

"The Beautiful Occupation," Travis

"Voodoo," Emily Strand

"Where Do The Nights of Sleep Go When They Do Not Come To Me," Ballboy (Isn't that the most tongue-twistingly terrifice title? Ooh, alliteration.)

"Step Into My Office Baby," Belle & Sebastian

"Drain the Blood," The Distillers

"The Headphonist," Kinky

"Primitive (The Way I Treat You)," Ambulance Ltd.

So basically, most of WOXY's playlist.

Oh, guess what. My mom went to Hot Topic, which is a comedy in itself, but she showed my Amazon wishlist to some pierced employees and two of them concluded that "your daughter has excellent taste in music." Then they recommended something for me. Is it odd that I find that really cool? Like, squee-worthy? Squee! Maybe it's because Hot Topic people are usually music snobs. Or maybe it was just the one guy.

Mr. Parker said I don't smile enough. I thought I smiled a lot, or at lease a substantial amount. Maybe I just don't in his class. The only things I like are the Sammie and the Mr. Parker. Because those people? I'm sorry, are stupid. As is our required reading. "A Separate Peace" is the only book that couldn't even benefit from HoYay!. Pitiful.

Merry Last Day of School!
